Airbnbs are a great option in Cape Cod! Click the link below to access a pre-populated search. VRBO is an Airbnb alternative that may have rentals available as well! Please note that, despite showing availability, some hosts may require longer stays.
Uber now serves Cape Cod! The UberX fare from the airport to Chatham is about $100-$200, so carpooling is recommended. Uber also operates from point to point on Cape Cod, but wait times might be longer than they are in cities such as Boston and New York.
Cape Cod is served by a very small airport in Hyannis (HYA). There are daily flights from NYC and Boston, but you can originate in another city and connect through one of those. Fares may be expensive but there good deals to be found. It's also a unique experience that doubles as an aerial tour of the Cape in a 10-person plane!
Once at the airport in Hyannis you can take a cab, Uber, or rent a car to get to Chatham.
A summer weekend passenger train that runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day from South Station to Hyannis, with stops in Braintree, Brockton, Middleborough/Lakeville, Wareham Village and Buzzards Bay.
The CapeFLYER’s no-traffic worries train service offers a relaxing and comfortable ride with all the comforts you would expect onboard a passenger train — onboard concessions, free Wi-Fi, wheelchair accessibility and you can even bring your pet or your bike for FREE! Reservations are never required, there are plenty of seats available and no one will be turned away. Extra coaches are also added for holiday weekends.
Once in Hyannis you can take a cab, Uber, or rent a car to get to your hotel or B&B.
